- How do I return items?
Mail or ship the item(s) back for a refund. See our RETURNS page for details or call customer service.
- What if my order was damaged?
Contact us immediately and SAVE ALL PACKAGING. We will advise you what to do and how we will correct it.
- How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact customer service to change or cancel your order. You may also Email your change. Please include your name and Order #. We will try our best to accommodate your change. Customer service hours are 7am-5pm Monday-Friday and 8am-12pm Saturday, EST.
- Can I order a different quantity than what’s listed for an item?
Yes, please call customer service to place your order.
- Do you carry other items that are not listed on this site?
Yes, we carry over 15,000 products but only a portion are listed here. Please call customer service if you don’t find what you’re looking for.
- What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MC, AmX, Discover in U.S. currency only
- How long does shipping take?
Orders placed by 2 pm EST are normally shipped same day from our warehouse in Pinellas Park, Florida if items are in stock. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with a tracking #. Please see our SHIPPING page for details.
- Order fulfillment
Most items are available immediately from stock. If an item that you have ordered is on backorder you will be notified by email and given the option of cancelling the order or waiting for stock to become available (typically 2-3 days). If you elect to cancel your order and have already made payment, you will be given a full refund via the payment method you used.
- Do I have to create an account to buy online?
No. However a 5% discount is offered on all orders if you register for an account, and purchase history is available when logging in to assist with easy re-ordering.
- Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped within Florida only. Please contact us if you currently hold a Florida Resale Certificate.
