Zinc tee nuts

A Zinc Tee Nut is a light-duty fastener with a zinc-plated finish suited for dry, indoor applications where a permanent, flush-mounted threaded insert is needed but heavy corrosion protection is not required.

Tee nuts have a flanged base with prongs or teeth that grip into a substrate, and a threaded barrel extending perpendicularly from the flange, designed to provide a permanent, flush-mounted threaded insert in wood, composite, or other soft materials. The zinc plating provides basic corrosion protection for general-purpose interior assemblies in furniture, cabinetry, and structural panel applications.
