Hot dipped galvanized (HDG) carriage bolts

Carriage bolts have a smooth mushroom head, a square section immediately below, and a part-threaded circular shank cross-section. Hot-Dipped Galvanized (HDG) Carriage Bolts are coated for protection and are a mid-range option between zinc and stainless steel. 

Other names for Carriage Bolts include “plow bolts” and “coach bolts,” as the construction of carriages and carriage wheels popularized these fasteners.

Available sizes: 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, and 3/4″.
